Welcome to NSS Cell – DCAST, Dehradun
The National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell of DCAST is dedicated to fostering social responsibility, community engagement, and holistic development among students. Established under the guidelines of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, the NSS Cell at Doon (PG) College of Agriculture Science & Technology encourages students to participate in various community service activities and nation-building tasks.

Through a variety of outreach programs—such as blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, tree plantation, awareness rallies, health camps, and disaster relief efforts—our volunteers actively contribute to societal welfare while developing leadership, empathy, and civic sense. The NSS Cell aims to instill the values of selfless service and active citizenship among youth, preparing them to be responsible and compassionate citizens of the nation.
